Works include all types of pipeline works, water treatment, sewage treatment, and a wide range of HVAC systems. Industrial and domestic plumbing, along with electrical works covering high, low, and extra-low voltage systems, are also included.
This includes site power generation plants for both prime power generation and standby power generation.

We supply, install, and maintain turbine co-generation systems with high efficiency, sourced from manufacturers worldwide. High-temperature waste gas can be utilized for the following:

• Steam for HVAC systems.
• Steam for laundry and cleaning.
• Hot water for toilets.
• Hot water for kitchens, etc.

This system is highly cost-effective and is recommended for hotels, hospitals, residential complexes, and industrial projects.

This system is an energy-saving device for chillers. It functions by storing cool energy in the form of ice or chilled water while the chillers operate at night (off-peak hours) and reusing the stored cool energy during peak demand hours to cool the building.

We recently installed and successfully commissioned a Thermal Energy Storage system for Al Bank Al Saudi Al Fransi’s headquarters in Riyadh, which is the first TES project in the Middle East.
